Tigger's leg was broken by an abusive neighbor

This poor sweet boy is a friendly neighborhood cat whose leg was broken by a cruel neighbor who has since moved away. He's in pain and likely needs an amputation, and after being abused he's having a hard time learning to trust people again, but we're hopeful that with some TLC he'll come back around.
